Cozy Lake Condo | Beach + Pool | Winnipesaukee

Amazing rental we hope to come back for more concerts! Positive: The condo was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The location was excellent, we went to a concert at the Pavilion and it was the easiest, safest way to go to a concert. It took us 10 minutes to walk from the condo to the front entrance of the venue and it was safely lit up at the end of the night. No need to worry about traffic or driving. The condo was right in front of the pool, easy walk to the beach. We had a lovely time eating dinner and playing chess on the balcony and we got to meet the friendly neighbors. My husband also mentioned it was one of the most comfortable beds he has slept on in a rental and he is very picky. All in all a great stay we didn’t want to leave!

Patricia's awesome communicated when needed, and we will definitely stay here again

Condo wasn’t cleaned when we arrived at 3pm. Screen door was knocked out and no bedding for pull put couch! Hopefully we get reimbursed for cleaning fee per property manager’s statement to me!

This place was a great spot for 2 adults. Very convenient location. If you are planning on going to a concert I highly recommend. The concert venue is right behind the condo. You can leave your car and walk to it. Downfall was the toilet was a bit old, but the shower and hotub was great. We didn’t see an instruction manual for the condo, but Patti was fantastic answering all of our questions.
